The below chart will show you the highlights of our custom home process. During the first three steps, you'll work primarily with our design team to customize your home square footage, layout, elevations, roofing details, plus so much more. Once your dream home is designed, we work to fit it within your budget. You may have to scale up or down depending on how it is fitting your budget. 
Once design is done then we move on to signing contracts and agreeing to milestone dates and payment terms.

Then the build begins, we love to having you onsite as we build your home. So be sure to stop by and check things out, take pictures, and enjoy the build process with us!
